Building a robust, operational methodology compatible with the Carbon Balance method. This methodology will make it possible, for a given plot of land, to estimate the potential for ecomobility and the environmental impacts attributable to transportation. The project thus helps improve the characterization of the intrinsic performance of sustainable buildings, as well as the interaction of buildings with their neighborhood and broader area.
