At the request of the owner, the CSTB conducted an assessment of the noise generated inside the building by the effect of wind on an architectural feature specific to the First tower: its rooftop "feathers." Vibration and acoustic measurements were made, and the acoustic comfort of occupants of nearby offices was assessed.
